I can attest to this because when I drink lemon I feel so upbeat and alert.The way to get all of the health benefits of lemon is to wash the lemon,zest the rind,juice them and then slice them up and add them to a large pitcher with water.
This drink is great to give to kids because the color is so bright and inviting. They won’t know that they’re drinking something healthy. It also helps that this drink tastes like a now&later candy.

- 6 lemons washed and juiced
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup blackberries
- 4 cups water
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup maple syrup
- Put the first 4 ingredients into your blender.
- Strain with a nut milk bag or cheese cloth over a large bowl.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Taste for sweetness,chill and serve.
